General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and the use of the website zimail.shop, by both consumers and business customers, in the version valid at the time of the order.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements concluded via the website zimail.shop between the customer and us as the operator.

Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are only recognized if we have expressly accepted them in writing.

3. Conclusion of the agreement

The products offered on our website do not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Order” button , you make a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart.

The agreement is concluded as soon as we confirm your order or ship the goods.

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include the applicable Dutch VAT , unless otherwise stated.

The customer is only entitled to set-off or suspension if the counterclaim has been irrevocably established or acknowledged by us.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery takes place at the delivery address specified by the customer.

The estimated delivery time is indicated during the ordering process.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable Dutch and European consumer law .

Business customers do not have a voluntary right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty under Dutch law applies.

Consumers are entitled to a product that meets reasonable expectations in accordance with Dutch law.

For business customers, the statutory warranty provisions apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

In the event of slight negligence, we are liable solely for breach of material contractual obligations and only for foreseeable damage typical of the agreement.

Mandatory statutory liability remains in full force and effect.

Information about the collection and processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy .

11. Applicable law and competent court

These General Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law , excluding the Vienna Sales Convention (CISG) .

If the customer is an entrepreneur, a public legal entity, or a public fund, the competent court is – to the extent permitted by law – established in the place of establishment of zimail.shop

12. Final provisions

If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions proves to be or becomes wholly or partially invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The place of performance is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of zimail.shop
